No rats!

Our real estate agent is amazing and has been working on contacting people to come out and inspect the sprinkler system that leaks and brought the house inspector out to check for rats. One sprinkler guy came today and said he couldn't do anything without a leak finding tool. Like a diving rod?? Another comes tomorrow and another Thursday. The house inspector met us there tonight and looked around. We were worried that there was rat poison traps everywhere in the house but he said many of them were decades old. The damage to the insulation under the house is old. I guess you can immediately tell if its an active rat infestation because of the smell. He told us not to be worried so we felt a lot better. We also found out that the hardwood and baseboards get delivered tomorrow. We have to paint the baseboards for the next three nights to have them ready in time. It was weird to only stop by the house and not really work on it today.
